The 2nd guest from the gym bro series is Fadhil, former Morning Crew Bad Boy and self-proclaimed kitty cat of the gym. There was a lot of technical talk going on in this episode. The first guest of the gym bro series is Daniel, who I met at the beginning of the year when I starting became more regular at the gym. Aside from working out together with the rest of the morning crew boys, we spend most of time between sets picking up girls, starting impromptu dance battles, and touching each other's pee pees when no one's looking.

Sita has grown to be one of my good friends over the past few years, especially during the peak of the pandemic, when I was recovering from a blown out knee, and when morning Mysore was the only class that wasn’t fully booked all the time. I got to experience the magic of Mysore for myself during that time, which helped give me a bit of a routine, as well as a lovely community that help hold space for me.
Every so often we’d meet to catch up and I’d enjoy the conversations we had. I’ve asked her to do this poddy with me for years now so when she finally agreed to, I was very excited. So I’m excited to share it with you now as well.
