Hello friends, my name is Aaron, and this is just a quick explanation of who I am and what this podcast is about.
I've been meaning to start a podcast for a while now, so thanks in advance to everyone for joining me on this journey, and deciding to give this podcast a listen.
Hope everyone gets a chance to learn a little something from the people on this poddy, as well as get a better understanding of the practice of yoga through our conversations.
